A Message from the Owners

We want to thank the Pocatello Community for their continued support since our inception.

Justin and Peyton have been involved with the brewery since the beginning. The initial launch was met with immediate struggles due to COVID. Since May of 2020, Justin and Peyton became involved in the management aspect of the brewery striving to provide the best experience for food, beer, and the overall environment. We want to take the time to highlight those changes and our philosophy as part of the new ownership group at Off the Rails Brewing with Greg and Crystal joining the team.

Good Food. We have continued to update and change our kitchen staffing, logistics, and equipment to provide the best service possible. All our menu items are made to order fresh, daily. Our dough products are made from our very own sourdough starter, which is now about 25 lbs. All our menu items are prepped daily and made to order to provide the highest quality to our customers. We will continue to strive to update our menu with new items frequently during the year.

Good Beer. We have made leaps and bounds in our brewing process. We are proud to have 17 craft handles of our own beer on tap for our customers. There are plenty of options with a huge variety from the Feeley Irish Red to our World Gone Hazy NEIPA. We will always have a wide Range of styles to match every beer drinker no matter the season. We believe you can still drink a Peanut Butter Stout in Summer.

Good People. We strive to provide excellent customer service to our patrons. We want our service to be on par with our food and beer to provide the best environment possible for our customers. In addition, we strive to compensate our employees at a higher rate than the current market and to provide a great work environment and culture. Our staff is what drives our business to be successful and we want to make sure to take care of them to the best of our ability.

Overall, we want to state our commitment to our Pocatello community. We are here to stay, to thrive, to provide the best food, beer, and environment in the downtown area. We are proud to be a part of Historic Old Town Pocatello and are excited to see the growth in our community.
